That is a very important distinction to make, especially for items like copper bottles and jugs where hygiene is a major factor.
I have updated the Return & Exchange Policy to clearly state that used products cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to arrive.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please note our return guidelines:
- Return Window: Returns are applicable within 5 days of delivery.
- Usage Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, used products are strictly non-returnable. The item must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a return.
- Condition: To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and a photo of the unused product.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
